Campagnolo freewheels
I am considering selling my two Campy freewheels (forgive upside-down cellphone shot). I need to clean them up a bit, but Ebay prices seem all over the map, so would appreciate your opinion. Mine are six speed. One has some cogs that have circles cut out of them (for reducing weight?) and the other does not. Does anyone know the significance of that? Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the circles, but I've sold two and got around $200 for each. Condition was excellent though and they may have been in the box.
If memory serves, some of these were titanium - and those are worth even more. Mine were aluminum.

Those are a nice and I almost want one. I could see the ones with the lighting holes in them being Ti, alumininum might be too weak for that.

You do have to consider though that these are used FWs in the pics you posted. Any little sign of use on those cogs lowers the value on those FWs significantly. as a good portion of buyers of these Aluminum alloy FWs want them for their C&V components display cases or their wall hanger bikes as the cogs wear quite quickly on them. You can usually buy a very nice complete steel FW set at the cost of just one of those replacement Campagnolo aluminum cogs.
