Bianchi Trofeo
I'm going to look at a 1988 Trofeo tomorrow that is on CL. It appears original (although the photos weren't very good) and comes with an extra set of wheels.
Is there anything specific I should look for?

Are you talking about this one? https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/bik/3278803410.html
Looks real nice. I'm surprised it's still listed.

That's the one. I was the first to respond so hopefully she's waiting for my decision.

I agree I hope you get that however..... 56 may be a tad small if you really are 6'. Just make sure everything is there and working. I am curious about the spare wheels wether they might be the OEM wheels (as spares) or a set of tubular 'race wheels'. The bike is shown with Mavis but the OEM rims were FIR something.
I have one of these and aside from being a great looking Bianchi they ride great. Just be patient tubing the Suntour derailleurs and when it come time to replace the bake pads get some CampI style replacement blocks from KoolStop and trim them to fit the Modolo holders.
Good Luck let us know how it goes.
