That's a bit under $200 US.
Maybe a bit high for a bike in sort of rough shape paint wise. But I have no idea what prices tend to run there, or what relative level of respect that brand name carries. The combination of a 531 frame w/ 105 components is not bad, so if it fits and is ready to go I'd try and get the price down a little and go for it.
