Its a specialized allez. Nice enough bike for sure. I would not pay that for it though.

I'll take a stab.
9-speed Veloce group set: worth about $200. Alloy 10 speed Veloce groupsets go for around $300 and carbon 10 speed for around $400, on eBay.
Wheelset: about $100, if those are Open Pros (see decal) instead of CX21s.
Miscellanous other components: $50+
Frame: $70-100. It is a nice enough frame but old aluminum Specializeds just don't fetch that much.
Totals about $450 if parted out. So, as a complete bike, a couple hundred less. $250-350.

I think that quote would be a quick sale. If the buyer takes his time(and advertises well), he could see $400-500 out of it. As a rider, I'd feel comfortable paying up to $400 on it. Assuming you keep it clean and in good working order, you will see most of that money back out of it, if you ever choose to sell.

Nice 15 year old steel tig bike - $350 to $400. Probably a really nice rider.
