Poor repaint, worn/dirty/mismatched components. I would definitely pass.

What kind of information do you seek? By being more specific, you have a better chance of learning what you want to know.

I was wondering, if anyone knew what model/year it is? Also if any one could comment on the quality of the tubing, and the geometry of old pinarellos. Thanks!

Not on a repaint. There was little aside from tubing type, paint (sometimes) and some (limited) graphics to tell the difference of most bikes, so once they get repainted there is no way to tell what they were. For a rider if you could get it close to $200 you may have a decent bike after an overhaul, cables, chain, brake blocks and lots of TLC

When I see internal rear cable routing my thoughts immediately go to a Montello. That does indeed look like Pinarello's bridgeless bottom bracket shell. I don't see a second bottle cage on the seat tube which would make it an early version, circa late 1984. However, there is one other thing missing, the front derailleur tab. Could the electrical tape be hiding some surgery? Montellos generally have chrome stays and forks. People generally don't paint over chrome but it does look like that may be chrome under the yellow paint in the close-up.

A Montello is a very good frame. Vancouver is a very hot market and small bicycles command a premium though that's often a wash on high end bicycles if you're a flipper, as the small bicycle market is generally geared towrds females who are not interested in high end C&V. Components are an eclectic mix both in manufactrurers and level but there's good value in the brakes. Possible surgery on the derailleur tab is a big deduction. All things considered, I'd say $300-$350, assuming it is a Montello.
