$400 to $500 whole. Hard to find a buyer for these as a whole bike. Parting out might bring an additional $100 and it you'll get top-dollar.

There's good value in some of those components, particularly the front wheel and crankset.

Mavic "starfish" cranks used to pull in lots of money, with VGC ones going for almost 200 bucks easy, more than that if they were NOS.
They don't seem to pull in as much money these days as the supply had become plentiful at eBay in the last couple of years, with nice examples always for sale.
I think very good condition used ones sell for about $120 to $130, but less when there's a lot of them for sale at certain times....
There's still a strong market for NOS ones though. Maybe close to, or at around $200 for those on a very good day.
BTW, I think you have the second version of the starfish crank with the slimmer armed spider section. That helps as more people seem to prefer that later version to the earlier one with the more massive (consequently heavier, I suspect) looking center spider...
