Bianchi serial number
Just picked up a nice bianchi frame and noticed a weird serial number anyone seen one like this?

Can anyone help me with this? All the serial numbers i have seen are numbers and letters mixed

That is not a serial number it is the manufacturer of the dropouts. Depending on the model you serial number should be on the underside of you bottom bracket shell.
Does this frame have Formula Two tubing decals on it? How about a few more pics.

After doing some research I found out that was the drop out manufacturer thanks for the reply. And yeah I've checked under the bottom bracket and such and can't find a serial number. Only thing that's close to a serial number is on the tube the seat post goes into. But it's not really enough numbers and letters to be a serial number. I was told its an 83 alloro I was just trying to maybe get an exact date
