Hello! I need help to identify this frame , the steel it's Columbus, and the dropouts it's Campagnolo

alubike - The frame looks like a Tommasini due to the T shaped lug cutouts but the fork does not match. Do the fork and frame serial numbers match? Odd that the fork reinforcement has the T shape.

The serial nr. on the fork and the serial nr. on the frame are the same 3771 Columbus steel .
