Sorry to barrage the duo of C&V forums with this bike, just didn't want to ask for an appraisal over on the other side.
I will obviously clean up the grime and grit, lube and re-grease everything. I also have all of the original parts except for brake levers. Would it be worth offering in either configuration?? Thanks everyone!

+1 ^ to Thrifty Bill. On ebay, you could probably get $350-$500, with mostly original parts.

+2 The upgrades won't get you anymore value wise. I would take the upgrades and nice hammered fenders off the bike and set it up with the original parts. I would figure $300-350 locally and $100-150 more if your sell it on Ebay. Then you can keep the upgrades for something else or sell them seperately.

In what market are you located?

You're definitely in the right market to sell it. I'd take photos with a "fistful of seatpost" showing and the stem down a bit to bring the bike more visually into normal-human size range such as my short 6'4" self.
Someone in New Haven has been asking $450 for a Windsor Tourist on CL for years. $400+ for that 620 would be a good buy for anyone who is looking for a high quality tourer. I paid $~350 for my Alyeska and considered it a great buy. The 620 is thought to be a step up from the Raleigh.
