Good or no good? Vintage Raleigh
I'm curious if this is a good deal or not. After googling past deals on eBay it looks like bikes like this were going for ~$400. From what research I've done the Super Record had two models with different gear sets that made the price vary quite a bit.
Vintage Raleigh
Thank you very much

My guess this bike is being presented by a "reseller" who spent a little bit on tires, saddle and bar tape. @ $200. .... I am not excited, but Northern California is an expensive market, maybe only surpassed by Southern California.
My comment is that the top tube on these is long for the bike's seat tube size, if you are of long torso... wear a shirt with 33-34" sleeves the geometry would work.

400 would be far too high for me. Those are nice stem shifters though, as stem shifters go.

Still learning
The definitive low end ten speed: chrome steel rims, nutted rear axle, stem shifters, turkey wing brake levers, claw rear derailleur bracket, and hi tensile steel frame. Rust shifter cables, scratchy paint, too.
Bike value as-is, $120, in an active market. Raiders paint scheme, priceless! BTW, in that condition, in Metro NYC or Ann Arbor, as presented it is a $50 bike tops.

$100 in winter to $130 in spring/summer in my market (which is an expensive one). It is a low-end Raleigh model.
Go here for older Raleigh catalogs. https://sheldonbrown.com/retroraleighs/ Bike looks like a late 1970s Record.
Beware of using eBay to value CL bikes. Bikes sell for significantly less on CL.
The unusual frame dimensions would be useful for a person with the appropriate body proportions.
