Well the add gives very limited info looks to be 1990 model. Pretty basic mid level road bike if every thing is in good working order ready to ride $250-350 depending on market and actual condition.

It is a 1989-1990 aluminum Trek 1000, it's entry level model at the time. If the bike is clean, ready to ride, and decent tires, in your neck of the left coast, probably $250-$300. Looks like a 58cm frame, so you should be 5'9-6'1". Check the frame joints for cracks too.

$200-250 around here. Based on the crank I'm guessing Suntour Edge (?) components. Nothing wrong with them but hard to find parts for. If it was Shimano it would be more desirable IMO.

I would agree with the $200-$250. Hard to evaluate with so little info. When was the last time this thing had a tune and lube? I wouldn't pay more than $150 if it has needs.

I can see this as reralistic pricing for time and place Vancouver week of the Spring Equinox puts a $100-150 premium on a bike like this over a different time and place.
