Bianchi - Limited Info

I have a friend that sent me a picture of a bike he's thinking of buying, but is very new to the sport. I have sent the seller an email asking for more information, but as of right now, ALL I have are these pictures. I'll update this post as soon as I have more, but for now, does anyone have insights into this bike assuming it's stock and it's street value in Los Angeles? Thanks for any help.

The Bianchi Eros is a good bike. It has pretty good Campagnolo components. Made of lightweight steel rather than aluminum will provide a comfortable ride assuming the bike fits good. A reasonable price is about $400-$500. I would tell your friend to remove the seat, it looks like its a gel seat. Those seats can make you uncomfortable or numb on long rides.

that is of course a mid to later '90s model Bianchi, try looking on bikepedia. The above pricing sounds reasonable provided it fits and is ready to ride.
