UNIVEGA Super Light ???

hi Guys, im new to the bike world and saw this bike posted near me for $200, i know its an older bike, what do you guys think?? is it worth it???

Seems like a good price. The biospace chainrings are typically fine plus they are fairly easy and cheap to replace with regular chainrings if you want.
