Crazy Saddle Discovery on a bike I picked up - VW Trek OCLV - what is this?

Crazy Saddle Discovery on a bike I picked up - VW Trek OCLV - what is this?
I picked up a vintage Specialized Allez today with a crazy embroidered saddle on it. It looks official in some way (Team, Postal?). With a TM embroidered next to the little dude with OCLV on it. Also the Trek and VW logos. Underneath it says velo 289. Any idea if this is some piece of history or worth anything? I've google searched every arrangement of the words Trek VW and OCLV I can think of, but it doesn't look like this saddle exists... I'd love to sell it and buy something mellower. Too flashy for me

That saddle is from a kids Jetta Trek bike if memory serves. There was a special edition Jetta Trek car and an adult or kids Jetta Trek bike was part of the promotion, as was a Trek car rack. Never got the rack or the car but I've had a couple of the bikes.
