Bianchi Europa for $400 Good Deal?

Hi Guys,

I'm new to biking and I have been looking around craigslist for some cheap rode bikes and I found this Bianchi Europa for $400: 57cm Bianchi Europa Tange Infinity double... - true blue bikes

Is it worth the money? I've people online saying they got theirs for cheaper prices. What do you think?

Very pretty, very clean, but a mid level bike worth about $200 in my market.

Appears to be a 1993 in nice condition - originally sold for around $525. Looks like a new saddle, fenders, new bar tape. Wondering if the tires are new- I’d check that. $400 is a bit steep, but it does have some newer parts on it. Maybe try for $325 - settle at $350 if you really like it. I’d consider $325 OK considering condition and new parts.

Unfortunately, the OP is in Vancouver, a seller's market. But a Bianchi with Exage at $400 is overpriced anywhere.
