BSA North Road Flyer

I was wondering if anyone has heard of a BSA "North Road Flyer" model. Or if the guy that restored the one I have simply named his restoration this. It has a handwritten hang tag label with north road flyer written on it by him. It has wooden rims. One has a decal from EJ. Lobdell aparently a wooden rim manufacturer from Ohio. The other rim has no decal. It has nickel plated BSA hubs with the BSA logo stamped in them with oiler caps. Oiler caps on the bottom bracket, and headset as well. It has a time trial adjustable seatpost, and stem. It was restored by Harold Perry in Walnut Creek, CA. I bought it from his widowed wife. I did find that one of the oldest, or the oldest cycling club in England is the North Road Cycling Club (NRCC). There was also a time trial sponsored by the NRCC club run on the North Road out of London. Any other information that may be helpful including it's value.
