As-is, maybe $50. Very neglected condition. Looks like it's been enjoying the outdoors PNW for a long time.

I would say about $50 also low end boom era model in really rough condition. Would bascically cost more to put the bike back into decent riding shape than it's worth.

You can find much better bikes for that money if patient. I paid just over $300 for my Sekai 4000 and it was in much better condition.

In the "Are you looking for one of these" thread in C & V there is a Bridgestone RB-1 listed for $350 in Spokane. This is much superior to the Gitane in the OP and would be worth the 4 hour drive if it's your size.

+1 Look through some of the latest bikes in "the are you looking for these" thread it will help give you an idea of what's out there in the $200-400 price range there are a half dozen or so really great bikes in your general local that are 4/5x this bike.
