The frame and headset sort of say mid to late '80s. I would not be surprised if this was repainted and decaled at some point. I would say if it is solid. ready to ride trouble free and fits in your area that might be a OK deal.

Still learning
Lugged frame with Shimano 600 headset, likely a repaint and period incorrect decals. I think too the frame is 1 size smaller than stated, probably a 54cm.
1990's running gear and STI.
Updated wheelset.
Look at the serial # underneath and check it out at vintage-trek.com

There is a dent just below the seat lug, you need to make sure the seat post moves freely, but I don't see how it could looking at the fourth picture.

I'm not sure exactly why, but looks to me like it might be fairly early vintage, perhaps very early-80's. (My wife had a 1979 Trek and it reminds me of this bike.) And repainted/re-decaled. (Sloppy alignment.) A hodge-podge of later-model componentry, but some of it is nice stuff.
If you're looking for a vintage Trek, I'd pass. If you're looking for a vintage frame with later-model stuff, might be pretty nice IF it is all sorted and works well together. Big IF. I have no idea what pricing is on such a heavily-modified bike, but there does seem like there is at least a couple hundred dollars of parts there.

Seat collar/stay joint identical to my 1987 Trek 400. Joining those who say this is a repainted/redecaled 80s Trek with some more modern components.

I would also say it is mid 80's Trek that has been repainted and updated the frame looks to be 400 series. I would say around $300 in value if if everything works good and there are no issues. Maybe it's just me but the Fuji wheels and the not quit right hand stenciled painted labeling are a big turn off.
