Raleigh/Carlton Forks
I have three:
Steerer length: 6 13/16" Appears to have never been in a bike, have the box.
Raleigh International - Steerer length: 8.25"
Raleigh Pro - Steerer length: 7.5"
Suggestions as to value welcomed. I've attempted to show their condition as accurately as possible.

the last example is in mink. this colour was employed for a very limited edition pro of 1969-70. production was of 500 frames individually numbered in special manner iirc. seatstay treatment was "normal" - not a brampton victor.
