colnago headset
shimano 6200 shift levers
shimano 6400 brake levers
shimano 6400 crankset biopace 170mm?
shimano 6400 brakeset
shimano 6400 front derailleur
unknown rear derailleur 6200?
3ttt Competizione handlebar
Mavic stem
seatpost sugino sp-h, going by what you said.
Ofmega rims on unknown campagnolo hubs
vittoria tires
7 Speed cassette
true temper 4130 frame( looks to have been made in Columbia)
More pictures of the components will help determine condition of the bike, ie wheel hubs , brake levers, rear deraileur, frame(closer),bottom bracket.
Never heard of a Canopus delta.. that doesnt necessarily make it more valuable(who knows) but the bikes that tend to fetch more money are the italian bikes with higher end columbus tubing and nice paint jobs. Id also check for rust inside the downtube.

1lonewolf: the bike is way cool, and while I can't tell you anything about where it was made I can say it would be worth at least $300 here on a local sale. I'd pay that for it. The paint job is awesome, and paint jobs sell bikes. If it were light brown the value might be $200 or less.
Components are mostly nothing special but it's got some nice pieces and the frame appears higher end.
Where are you located?
How did you determine this? I didn't see a tubing sticker anywhere.

True Temper 4130 is definitely nice stuff but doesn't command much money. My estimated value of $300 stands.
