Well, I can't make the bike bigger, but Steve, face the facts, you are over 40 and are only going to get smaller. You should buy this bike to be ready!

Should have known this bike on Craigslist was from somebody here. I voted you "best of," by the way.

I would but you posted it after I wasted my money on a 1972 Paramount. Maybe I can find a chump to buy the Paramount from me so I can get this bad old racer? If only you posted it sooner.

You would insult somebody by charging them for a Paramount? Oh the pain! Tell you what, ship it to me and I will recycle it for you. I'll may even help you out on the shipping, just for the sake of a clean planet.

I didn't seem to have gotten any bites, I mean replies, to my CL ad (same copy and pics) but I just looked at the spam filter on my yahoo account and there were a couple.

One asked if the listing 'is a joke?' but said the description was awesome and GLWS, which I appreciated.

The other was from someone a bit more serious:

>IT'S A SEARS BIKE DUMBASS. WITH CHEAP POSITRON SHIFTERS. SUCH A FAT ROCK . IT HAS A BICYCLE MANUFACTURERS OF AMERICA STICKER RIGHT ON IT. NICE JOB SCRATCHING OUT SEARS ON THE SEAT TUBE ASSHAT. DIMPLE SECURED DROPOUTS MEAN GARBAGE AND CHEAP, DUMBASS<

He seems nice! I am very tempted to reply and ask if $1000 was too much, would he be interested at $500?

Also, the 'SEAT TUBE ASSHAT' is definitely in GWO. I cleaned and re-lubed it myself.

Thanks everyone for the replies; see you next year!
