1970 or 71 Mercier...
I just finished refurbishing this very early seventies Mercier. I have little storage room for the bicycle and hope I can find a new home for it on the forums. This would be a pretty good buy for someone in Toronto, or Winnipeg, since shipping to either location won't be too costly. Anyway, the Mercier, complete with Ideal saddle in good shape, alloy chain guard and a lovely set of alloy dimpled fenders.
The bicycle measures 56cm c-c on the seat tube. It is ready to ride and I just finished its test/shake down ride earlier today. The bicycle worked very well and the brakes are something to write home about. Nothing from that era can touch the stop-ability of the Mafac Racer stoppers(my opinion).
Price: $200.00 pus shipping. Reduced Price: $120.00 plus shipping
SOLD

Wow. That is one nice looking Mercier. Best color they offered too. If that was a 62cm I would be sending you money. Love that Era Mercier. I am riding one now, but no comparison with that beauty. Stunning!

I just knocked $80.00 off of the price, hoping to find a new home for this homeless French lady.
