Facilitator in Chicago (Prairie View)?
Hello All:
Would any of you happen to live in the Chicago area somewhere convenient to Prairie View?
I am interested in this Paramount: Schwinn PDG Paramount
I've spoken to the seller a couple of times and he is either completely ignorant of bikes, crazy, a massive liar or a combination. He first claimed it was in unridden condition but the pics clearly show brake wear on the rims. I'm not willing to move forward unless someone there can lay hands and eyes on it. Last time we spoke he claimed he an offer of $950 and I advised him to take it. The bike is still listed so I guess he might have been lying about that too. I had asked him to take it to a bike shop so I could have a conversation with an employee but he didn't seem interested.
If nothing else, a conversation with this guy should prove entertaining.
So, anyone in the area want to do a fella a favor? Will be happy to compensate reasonably.
Cheers,
Jim

That bike has been for sale for as long as I can remember. I do not think he is a very reasonable guy. If I lived close, I would check it out for you but I think it is a waste of time.
