Looking for a decent brakeset for a build. I'm thinking Shimano 600-ish quality, and hope to spend below $75. Also have things to trade!

I've got a nice set of Weinmann 500s, 1978+/- era, on eBay right now. Under your budget figure. PM me for a better direct deal.

I have a set of Modolo brake levers and calipers, a set of Shimano 600 levers and calipers. Hoods, however, are not in good supply here but the Modolo set is fitted with blue hoods at the moment.

I also may have some possibilities (and local location) Pretty sure I have some nice early 600 calipers but not sure if I have the levers, too.
I'll look thru the bins and PM you.
