NOS Cinelli 1A stem ~ 9 cm
Very nice. Circa 1980's production. "new logo" Never used. But I'll never use it. $50 shipped in the US.

Maybe. I have another bike with 26.4 Cinelli bars that I'd like to go a little shorter on the stem.
