One crank that gets overlooked when people want an ultra compact double with low Q is the SRAM XX from a few years back. I went with this option over a White and have been very happy. Mine is a 42/28 double with 156mm Q and I would imagine weighs less and is stiffer than both Sugino and the White.

Care to elaborate?

Seller had been doing a decent job of updating his post as items sold. Still shows the WI crank to be available. It was a few weeks ago so very possible it's long gone.

I think he sold it on eBay a while back.
