55cm Atala Pista complete for sale

1973 Atala 55cm track frame and fork, full chrome with trans red head tube panel and full Campagnolo Pista groupo, TTT bars and stem. Yes the tires are flat in the picture, I will include a bag of tires with it if you like or a pair of new ones. Rims are Nisi with the raised badge and in the much more rare 32h drilling. Chrome is in excellent shape with only chrome loss around the back of the seat cluster. Unicanitor saddle and Campagnolo SR post as well.
Asking 1450.00 obo picked up in San Leandro Northern California

What paint did you use? For a similar effect I used Testors candy apply colours and it worked well.

I used House of Kolor candy apple red, it is available from automotive paint supply stores and was a perfect match for the original.

Not in the market, but that is a regal looking frame. Cool earlier Campagnolo cranks too. In a different time...
San Leandro, I had family up there who lived on the hills to the East. I really wanted that house when I was young, pains me to look at the recent google street view of it... current owners botched up a window replacement and the colors are terrible. The house was so handsome.
