Late 80's DB Apex MTB Frame and fork. Drop bar conversion anyone? 20" U-brake

I have had this floating around the shop for a while and decided that I have too many projects going on. This has been well used and will need refinishing but it is a solid and unique frame. Double downtube water bottle braze ons, Tange DB frame and fork, mid fork eyelets everything you need for a nice drop bar commuter. The frame measures 20" CTC on seattube and 21.75" CTC on top tube. It has a lot of paint chips but no dents or dings. The rust is also not as bad as you would think from the pics. It should clean up fine with an OA bath. $65 + shipping from 46202 (Indianapolis, IN )
