Very cool....nice color. I've heard some great things about Gazelle. The brand has been in the back of mind for a while. See some on Ebay occasionally. GLWS.

D...n,

If I was not already scraping cash together for another frame, that would be the one I would jump on next !

That looks like a nice one.

Bought it years ago to build for my ex. Been divorced 3 years, I guess it's time to let it go. 2 + CM too small for me.
I'm willing to trade it for a set of Dura Ace 2X8 Brifters. 7400 series

So sorry for the dash... If it makes you feel any better, I didn't get the track frame I was gunning for. Had seen this one earlier and would have loved to own it. Just had to stick to my plan though and when it collapsed, ran back to this one.

FrogButter knew he had a " nutter " when I was PM ' ing him about it. Just my size and exotic to boot. Will love this frame with Shimano 600 ex when it is built up. My winter project list was ending but one more just got added.

Glad to hear from you dude !

I am not going to get the hang of this I thing ! Anyway, frame has landed. WOW !
Major ice storm today, for the coast, and it shows up. A nice Belgian white wheat from blue moon and my scratch x kept me occupied. Cleaning up nicely.

Thanks again FrogButter.

According to the serial number, that frame is probably from 1989 - not quite the early to mid-90s.
See Webklik.nl - the original Gazelle Champion Mondial.
I have a Formula Race of the same color, tubing, and similar age, and really like it a lot.

Yes, found that great site when I went exploring about Gazelles. Seems it was sold Asa frame set.

Thanks for for the confirmation on yr. seems like a lot of my road bikes are from that time.

Can't wait to build and ride this one !
