VGC used 6600 wheelset. This is the one that has the 10speed only freehub. Included is a new 12-25 cassette.
Wheels spin round and true. Brake surface is hardly used. Sorry, no skewers.
Disclosure: In my naivete, I disassembled the rear hub hoping I could swap out the cassette body. I have reassembled it correctly but it is not quite as smooth as the front wheel. It's not gritty or clunky, just not as good as the front. Perhaps someone with better skills can adjust it to perfection.
I'm asking $210 shipped conus. --Greg
