Honey Brooks Flyer Saddles
I will post pictures later, but I am offering for sale 2 Honey Brooks Flyers that I have stumbled across in my bike stash over the past week or so, they have probably never even been mounted, and if they were mounted, were never ridden. No box or anything else but the saddles. I don't think I even applied Proofide to either saddle.
This offer will only be good briefly, as I need the money, and will be putting them on Ebay for a starting bid of $80 plus shipping within a couple of days.
Special C&V price.... $80 per saddle shipped to anywhere in the good ol' US of A. I hope to find these beauties a good home.
Payment via PayPal, and unlike a recent trade, I will ship quickly, because boxes of the appropriate size are easy to find.
I will examine the saddles closer this evening to ensure no defects, and will take pictures to add to this thread. In case there is any cosmetic or other difference, first choice will go to the first person to respond.
If you cannot PM, reply here, order of response will be determined by time stamp.
Possibly coming soon, a black Brooks B17 Imperial... one of the original prototypes offered to BikeForums.net members to test. Low mileage, and priced to sell.

I'd like to be first in line for one; but will hold the money until I see some pics, if that works for you.

I'll be next in line, just looking for one for a friend's bike.
EDIT: Withdrawing my "place in line", since my friend just bought himself a new Brooks.

Finally some pictures. After looking at them, the first person will be offered a choice, #1 at offered price, and #2 at a slightly negotiated price if preferred. I apologize if #2 is disappointing, but I first looked at it in my dark garage, and assumed it was in the same shape as #1 .
I will be working down the chain until both are sold.
Saddle #1 Pictures attached here.
The most significant imperfection in my opinion is the accidental "embossing" on the top extending back from the front hole. The surface of the leather is not broken, and if I wanted a Flyer wouldn't dissuade me. But, I tried to take pics to show it as well as I could.

Second saddle photos attached. This is definitely a little rougher. I must have bought it used at one point, because I couldn't imagine flipping a bike over to work on it with a Brooks saddle installed, especially since I don't recall riding either of my flyers.
This is definitely not for a show bike, but appears to be in good shape for a rider. Rivets have a little rust, and I tried to take the best pics to show the leather marring.
If I get to you on the list, we can negotiate a bit because of condition, but we can't agree pretty quickly, I will repost with a slightly lower price.
Thanks everyone for your patience. If you are on my list and we reach agreement quickly, these should be shipped this weekend.

Working down the short list for Saddle #2 asking $70, due to condition.
