KAS: How about the white frame fit and some moisturizer for the saddle? It looks very dry.

I thought a white bottle might be too much white - but, as the title says, I have bad taste.
I also don't have a good vintage reg white bottle around.
Aren't chinook's clinchers? I'm keeping this as God and Pinarello intended - tubular. The tires have a bit of life left still - I'll replace them with FMBs when the time comes.

Whatever decent pump riders were using at the time. Anything that reeks of conscious color coordination is suspect. Just my opinion of course.

Non-fixie - Interesting view. I'm vain - and I do want to maximize the aesthetic appeal. The flat tops are all "correct" for the era. I'm partial to the blue.
CV-6 - you didn't need to delete, I wasn't offended and I think there's truth to what you said. I don't worry about the bikes I ride more...I worry about the show boats, and this is firmly in the 2nd category.

No excuses needed.
Edit: The blue is my second choice. It works with the blue items on the bicycle.

Chrome or aluminum flat top, on that bike. And lose the blue cable housing & bar tape; what were you thinking? And the blue logo; what the hell was Pinarello thinking?

Must coordinate outfit (including helmet and socks) and frame, and alternate full frame pump color to complement the outfit. In other words, if you're wearing a yellow outfit to match the yellow highlights on the bike, the pump would be yellow. If you're wearing a red outfit to match the lettering on the bike, red pump. NEVER match the outfit and pump with the frame color, just the highlights/details of labeling, striping, etc.

Yeah - I know what you mean. I have a Rudi for it, but I don't know how I feel about it yet.

I think all of the options you've listed are good so I didn't vote. I think a pump painted to match the frame might be best of all. I like the blue a lot but -- for me -- I'm don't think it's working on the tape right now. Maybe if you added a blue saddle, but I s'pose that might throw off the (late 70s?) look.
But honestly KonAaron, it's your taste in music that I'm worried about.

It's actually mid-60s, not 70s. It's definitely an interesting one...Galmozzi built. I'd love to talk to someone who knew more about the early brand.
Copy on the tape under the cage. It wasn't a pump show off... It's a cry for help!
Like lost said earlier...music is entirely subjective. Except for Elton John. He sucks.

I like the blue too. The pump, housings and down tube decal all echo pretty well. But the bar tape clashes just a tad. It'll darken up though.
Brake housings a bit too long.
IMO.

Grey flat top. I like a pump with a minimized visual presence. The grey works with the other components and becomes one of them... the frame has plenty of "pop" all by itself.
