Removing the cracked part of the post from the head casting, I really doubt that you will find any sort of bushing there, and the cut end of the post can then perhaps be heated and pressed onto the head casting, though the assembled post will be a little shorter this time.
It might require the head casting also be put into the freezer for a half-hour, and the pressing process should be quick and heavy.
I would also sand down the head casting spigot a little, seems the original press-fit was likely a little too tight.

I'm pretty sure my 1987 Sirrus has the more common size 27.2. I'm going to check tonight.

When the post breaks, the bum goes down whilst the front wheel travels in the most vertical plane resulting on one's coccyx striking the pave in a most unfortunate and painful manner. One in question awoke in Hospital.
