We'll be starting from the pavilion at White Bear Lake County Park Beach (the big public beach on the north side of WBL along Hy 96). I'll be working up full cue/que/queue(?) sheets over the next couple weeks. We'll be having short and long options netting anywhere from 35 miles to around 60 with several options in between.

Cue is a prompt.
Que is what in Spanish.
Queue is a waiting spot.
I think que is the word you want.

Cue is the word we all want; think clue. Que is what in French too! Not to get too pedantic but Queue can also be the line you wait in which would be a waiting spot. I always thought of it as a line as in "queue up".
Looking forward to this ride.

Oh hell, I just saw this. New-ish to the twin cities, and need some riding prompts, buddies, and routes.
Count me in. And (very probably) my significant other, who is just as much an oddball as anyone here.

Cool. I didn't realize we had this many C&V types here in the Cities. Not sure I can make the ride but putting it on the calendar tentatively anyway.

Tough date for me as I'm leaving town the following week on a trip but it's on my calendar; I'll see what I can do. I'll be up that way in August in any case as I'm riding BAM this year.
BAM Home
Should be fun.

Cue sheets in pdf form attached.
The included map is just so you don't get too lost...
Cleaner versions available on the day.

I'm absolutely certain that if I were left on my own with the cue sheet, I'd end up in Shakopee. None-the-less, I'll give it the best I've got!

For those that aren't great with cue sheets, we'll probably be riding as a couple groups. I'll come up with a better map.

I'll try to make it! On my calendar. Wife has something on the calendar but I'm going to try and work around it.

We just got back from riding the routes and these are keepers.
We had eight of us on the routes and if you can't have fun with these, you aren't breathing air.

I'm just wondering how much air I'll have to breathe! Debating on my Le Champion of Trek Elance with a triple. Many steep climbs?

Any road bike gearing should be workable. There are two spots where I anticipate anyone would need to walk up, and we'll wait for anyone who prefers walking.
The ride was designed to take in the scenery of the area, with just a flavor of the climbs. This ride is a cakewalk in comparison to the DD.

Please don't worry folks, it's a "no judgement" kind of ride.
FWIW I have two bikes spoken for, as some Paceline members are likely coming for the ride.
If you are traveling and can't bring a bike, I'll try to set you up.
