Missing Cantilever Pinch/Anchor Bolt

Almost done assembling my drop bar conversion. Yay! Not so yay though, I cannot find the pinch bolt anchor for the rear cantilever; the bolt pinch setup that anchors the not quick release end of the transverse cable. I don't think I would have removed it when I removed the calipers, so it must have been missing when I bought the bike and I just never noticed.

I tried looking around online but I can't seem to find replacement pinch bolts (or anchor bolts? I'm not sure I have the name right). The brakes are late 80s Shimano Deore. Have any of you been successful DIYing a pinch bolt with this kind of brake?

I bet you could fab up something to work if you don't find the exact part. The essential specs seem to be a bolt with a semi-flattened shank to fit that slot, and that piece with a tab to prevent rotation when you tighten down the nut.

I think I used one from a non-functional derailleur.
