Seapost clamp ID

Hey,
I'm building a '90 Trek 8900 Pro mtb that's missing a seat post clamp on the frame.
Does anyone recognize the brand and type in this photo?
The rounded top fits over a seat tube top that's reduced in diameter, roughly 33.5mm.
Thank you!

does not look separate so you are asking about the seat post Outside diameter.

roughly 33.5mm.

You need more accuracy of measurement .. Number 1 metric sizes of seat posts is in 0.2mm increments so 0.5 is neither .4 or .6.

buy a digital caliper , try for a measurement in hundredths of a MM thats second place behind the decimal point.

fietstbob, what I'm looking for is the actual clamp that fits on the seat tube. It's definitely a separate part with a rounded shoulder-type top.
I measured the seat tube with a micrometer and it is widely variable, so the number quoted is a rough average.
The first photo is from an auction ad.
The bike I'm working on:

Those seat collars are a Trek specific part, most of the bonded mountain bikes seem to have them. I can't recall the actual size but I have one if you want it, no QR assembly just the collar.
