MiamiJim's Ritchey.
When I first got bitten by the C&V bug I was in an Ebay bidding war over a blue early lugged Ritchey and I put in a bid that was my max, actually more than I could afford at the time, and I lost by less than $20.00.
His is even better and makes me want one all the more.

It's a really good thing that gomango rides a larger frame than I do. Saves me from frying pan sized dents in the head.

No pix, but the local locksmith who once had a bike shop has a pre-WWII track bike I have long coveted - no telling what transfers are under the black paint it has worn for at least 50 years, but it was nicely made with full BSA parts kit, what looked like Scheeren wood-filled rims, adjustable Major Taylor stem, saddle nose brace mounted on the top tube ... the story is an old guy came in one day and said, "would you like an old bike?" and when told, "Sure," came in with this, some ancient jerseys and a set of rollers, gave them to Dennis, and promptly disappeared.
Bike is currently in his den, and I don't allow myself to look that up - too much temptation ...

That friend doesn't have to be a BF member, does he?
I covet my imaginary friend's Confente. Of wait, my imaginary friend sold his Confente so he could buy a retirement island in the Caymans.
Never mind.
I just wish I had more time to ride the bikes I have.

Vonruden's Zunow gets me every time. Something about that bike...
Ditto. Love his Kvale's. Strolling through his place was something else...
Actually purchased this Tommasini from Grady, which has 10 speed Century finished Centaur. Looks and works fantastic. Photographs different at every turn, though...
I'd say pretty much any bike that @gomango owns

I really don't covet my neighbor's anything but…. I'm awfully fond of Northbend's Bruce Gordon. Or any of Southpaw Boston's bikes. Or Gomango's Kvale bikes …… or D. Dude's….. etc., etc.
