Rampar Panniers
Estate sale find; half price (end of sale)
When I walked up, I saw a ten-speed; turned out to be a Schwinn Traveler for $75, which would have been $37.50. I guess I should've bought it but I don't need any more low-margin flips.
Anyway, to the panniers. They seem to have held up well. Seems to be rubberized (plasticized?) cotton fabric. Made in Japan. Anybody know how old these are? Are they particularly desirable? At any rate, they're going to be perfect for my Sports.

Those look cool! Maybe not "trust my laptop in them" cool, but cool nonetheless.

Nice find and sharp looking. The fasteners and straps make it.
For score keepers and style points, nothing beats older panniers vs. new stuff. I don't even care if their tattered, half patched and leaky. Modern dry sacks from a campers store work excellent as liners. Thanks for sharing the pics.
