I've had them both, but Pedro's will outlast the Park puller. Also, 20% off to REI members this month.

A 22mm one, I would think.

What cranksets do you have? That's the more important question.

If you don't have any stronglight or ta cranks...

Park Tool Co. » CCP-22 : Crank Puller for Square Taper Cranks : Crank Tools

I lived with a cheap eBay puller and eventually replaced it with this one. Much sharper threads, less knuckle busting...overall much better.

Unless any of your cranks are French, they probably all need the standard 22mm puller.

get a 'wrench force' puller marketed by snap-on. they're about $10 shipped. you use it with an adjustable wrench that should be in every toolbox.

just stay away from the park ccp-22, which will do its best to ruin your life.

Don't forget to remove any washers that might be under the crank bolts before pulling.

Whichever one you choose other than the Park, make sure you screw it in as far as you can so you don't ruin the alloy crank's threading. Add grease if needed.
