Got a lugged mb4 yay

Finally got a bike I will convert to dirt drops and make a cheap cx/touring bike. Even came with owners manual, with some Japanese paperwork. Heard these lugged versions are pretty solid..

Filled up the original tubes and have put 150 miles on it In a day...

What stem/bar/ shifter combo is needed to convert?
