mixte frame size

I am currently researching mixte bikes as at 70 yrs it is getting more difficult to get on and off my diamond frames. I am looking to find which size range mixte frames would fit my 30” inseam. I also run about a 35” seat height off the pedals in their lowest position. Currently my slopping tube aluminum flat bar miele is a 20”, the 92 bianchi steel slope tube advantage is 21”, as is the 86 bianchi strada, lastly my flat bar 72 puch is 23”. all of these I can ride on my 1 to 2 hour loops with no problems. I see a lot of mixte bikes at 19 ½ “ on craigs list, will that be a suitable fit? Mostly I am looking at non french bikes due to their odd size stems etc.

Peugeot made a 22" UO-18 mixte that would serve you well.
