Please help me ID this fork decal fragment from a 1969 Witcomb (London)

Got a 1969-1970ish Witcomb (London) frame (currently in an oxalic acid bath) and noticed this fragment of a decal on the fork:

Does anyone have any idea what it is? FWIW, the frame has Campagnolo drop-outs, chrome "socks" front and back, and takes a 27.0 seatpost (no way 27.2 will go in). I do not see any other tubing decals anywhere else on the frame.

I would like to put reproduction decals back on the fork (and perhaps frame) if we can figure them out.

Thanks!

Might want to ask Peter Weigle, he worked at Witcomb starting in 72.

Is Mr. Weigle on this board, or can you suggest best way to reach him? Thanks!

Here's his flickr account: https://www.flickr.com/photos/49353569@N00/albums

On the far right side there's "More" click on it, scroll down to "Send FlickrMail".

Send him a link to this thread and explain what you're asking, let us know the result!
