3speedslow here on BF used to work for Dale Brown, the Classic Rendevouz guru.
I plan to make it, as long as I'm able. Tough to plan that far ahead.

Thanks for the heads-up, JP!

I would love to drag my McLean down there.

In addition, my neighbor's Kvale and his Paterak should go for the ride as well.

I bet American builder fans would like to see those beauties.

Food for thought. Might be able to make it. I'm guessing there'd be time to sneak in a C&V group ride.

There's a lot to see and do even if you don't have a bike to display. Any bike you care to ride would be welcome on the rides.

I made the last one there (2011?) and have put it on my calendar. Took the '78 Raleigh Pro to ride then (definitely not to show). Hope to make it this time, too.

I went the last time they did it in Leesburg, VA. I just went for the last day, which was the bike show and swap meet. I sold a few saddles, had a good time meeting people, and tried very hard not to buy anything. In the end someone persuaded me to pay $50 for a Campy NR headset that came with a frame and fork -- an undrewed Holdsworth 531 Special in desperate need of paint.

I guess it was a pretty good purchase....

If Dale is on board, it will be sweet ! Last week talking to him he mentioned a little something was up.

Greensboro is very doable for that time spent in the car.

My pencil just turned to pen. I'm thinking maybe the 62 Gran Sport or my 70's Belgique Rapidix.

Ooh < 2 hours away for me. I can bring my Tommasini and put masking tape over the Campy date codes!

Is info on this available on the interwebs?

That could also be fun to do as a group...unfortunately I come from the opposite direction!
