Need help with ""MOTTET" steel frame

Hi guys, new to to this forum so ... Hello. Wanted to tap into your collective knowledge in helping me with finding out some information regarding a steel frame I purchased. The frame is pantographed "MOTTET" on the seat stays, fork crown, bottom bracket and rear brake bridge. The head tube is engraved with a big M surrounded by laurel leaves. All cables are internally routed and the frame is Columbus SLX. Crome forks and rear triangle. The gear levers are on the down tube Aero style. The frame looks almost identical to an OLYMPIA mid 1980s frame. I can't download the pics yet as the frame has not yet arrived. The eBay listing is:

262143971419

Any ideas?

Having looked at the pics I can't help thinking the frame came from Chesini. The 'embossed' head tube is a trademark of theirs. They made frames for others as well, and they seen to have a similar head tube treatment.

This is my (badly re-painted) Chesini-built Van Herwerden:
