help me with these lugs

its a free spirit just trying to identify which manufacturer built the frame these are on all the lugs

is it one of the 531 Free Spirits? This really is a question for the C&V identification forum, but you need more pictures.

im not sure , but i can get any pics and angles you guys need. and i figured frame builder because someone has to know who made those lugs which is a step in the right direction.
what do i need to look for and what pics do i need to post?

a frame builder 30 years ago might have known what the lugs were.

im just having the hardest time with this. why cant anything ever be easy?
