Nothing Screams '70's Like.....? (Bike Related of Course)

How about a Suntour Pro-Compe 5 speed freewheel with a date code "TK" (November, 1977) and it's accompanying spoke protector?

OK, give it up. In the world of bikes, bike clothing, gloves, components, advertising, what screams iconic 1970's?

Let me think. Early on had that war thingy my friends and I went to. I remember girls... there was drugs... alcohol. Did we have bicycles in the 70's?

Now I know the correct shoes to wear while riding my old bikes: Keds light blue deck shoes. Maybe I could nail on some cleats.

I probably met him somewhere.... I was infantry and there were LOTS of brothers in the infantry.

Nothing screams 70s more than cycling and cigarettes! Ok, maybe Farrah Fawcett in her trademark swimwear

fashion is a fickle thing..

I don't think this was ever in fashion in the US, but maybe in the UK where this Raleigh catalog was designed??

High maintenance gf and a $452 Paramount? He owns the pool too.
