as best I've been able to tell there were no frames bearing the name of this builder. as my research continues I will append this post with the names that were built under this mans hand. 58-59cm CtC frame set to a complete bike. please no major damage.

Oh crap, I just saw a Pela reference recently and dismissed it thinking you had probably moved on one way or the other,

did all "Pela" frames feature the flat spear tips only? Is that an exclusive feature of Pela frames?

I found a 75 Tomassini with 2 of the 3 things to look for, the BB, the dash-dot-dash on the fork, but the spear tips have a concave part.

Benotto. Gios. Beramin. Picchio. Tommaso Nieddu. Fratelli Porta. Elio Torino.

58/59 will be difficult to find. I think Manuel Dall'olio has a tiny one for sale.
