My previous thread was deleted...
I was looking to find out where this make was from.
Here are some images. can someone date the bike for me. I'm trying to clean it up and wanted to make sure that if I replace parts they are from the correct era.

Cool colors for the age, I could locate nothing other than stated, the info on seat tube leads to Belgium/France. Pretty obscure brand, Vitus gets all the recognition. Kind of like no one ever hears of Bianucci but thinks of Bianchi.
Best bet would be to try and find some Belgium or French related forum.
