Try these.

Ishiwata 022 Fork & Frame Decal Set (sku 13) - VeloCals

Now we wait for two people to post the same exact info.

Guys, a little slow there. it took several hours...I know, oddjob2 was up in the middle of the night, but aren't we all getting old enough to get up at 1, then 3, then 5 to check bikeforum posts?

If you go to the Velocals site, you should be able to search "Ishiwata 022"

VeloCals vintage bicycle decals - Thin transfers - waterslide - dry transfer

I haven't used them, but forum members like @oddjob2, @lostarchitect and @clubman have recommended them.

then again: since you're in NZ.. Greg Softley be a closer and more logical choice, but though he has had Tange 1 & 2 stickers he doesn't list any Ishiwata.
I'd contact him and ask: CYCLOMONDO - BICYCLE RESTORATION DECALS
