Looking for vintage green Dawes Galaxy

wondering if anyone has one of the vintage green Dawes Galaxy's with the Reynolds tubing up for sale? My pop gave me his before he passed. Had it for 2 years and got to love it but then it got stolen. Can anyone help me find one? I'm in Salt Lake City, Utah. thanks!

Breaks my heart to read this. A cherished item from the Grandfather, gone because of some low life.

Sorry, my green Dawes is not available as is my Yellow Dawes Galaxy neither. I do see them on CL so you will find one. Is green a set colour for you?

i think someone here has a blue one for sale, not quite sure it is a Galaxy though.

Sorry about your loss. Those were pretty nice rides, and great looking, as well. I saw quite a few when I was a UCLA student (1968 to 1978).

They definitely come up for sale with regularity. I bought mine recently on eBay as a frameset. I've been commuting on it all this past week; very smooth rider.

I have one not in the best of shape but rides excellent, it’s probably from the early 70s.

There's one listed on Craigslist in Medford Oregon for $150 . Looks pretty good . Too big for me or I would have bought it.
Listed under heading "Bike $100" it may be a page back or so.

$150 seems to be the going rate.
